John L. Ondrick graduated from Georgetown University in 1965 with an International Economics degree. After serving in the Army as an Armor officer, he sold computers for IBM. John was a Top Producer loan originator for many years. Later he became a Regional Manager for two National Mortgage Banker firms before moving over to the “teck” side of the equation. Mr. Ondrick is credited with conceptualizing and creating the first CLO [Computer Loan Origination network] in the country for non-Freddie/Fannie paper.
