  • Hire a top manager to run a ‘large area’ (State sized). Responsible for P & L.
  • Recruit top producing LOs to become ‘Producing Sales Managers’…put 2-3 in one office. Only give them sales responsibilities. Have them become mentors.
  • Create Branch team. Hire an excellent ‘Operations Manager’ to process/underwrite/close within the Branch.
  • Producing Sales Managers MUST be able to recruit.
